Maria Nuova; he was advanced to Cardinal-Bishop of Frascati in 1936; he was appointed Secretary of the Supreme Sacred Congregation of the Holy Office in 1939; he was then appointed Dean of the Sacred College of Cardinals and Bishop of Ostia in 1948; he died on 13th January 1951, aged 79.</dc:description>
