| Description | This photograph was taken in October 1970 at Glasgow University (according to notes on the back of the photograph) and shows Mgr McRoberts, dressed in his robes of D.D. of Glasgow University, standing alongside Archbishop Scanlan of the Diocese of Glasgow and Dr Ralegh Radford. Mgr McRoberts was Keeper of the Scottish Catholic Archives in Edinburgh from 1973. He was also Editor of the Scottish Catholic Directory from 1950 to 1974. He was born in Wishaw on 13th June 1912 and ordained in Rome on 18th December 1937; he died in Edinburgh on 25th November 1978, aged 66.
