Description	Correspondence concerning financial and property matters relating to the parish of Mary Immaculate and St Gregory the Great, Barnet. Correspondence centres round the fire that destroyed the church in June 1973 and the construction of a new church on the site. This includes the contract with the builders, Lanner Ltd of Wakefield, and a copy of the order of service for the Opening & Blessing of the Re-built Church of Mary Immaculate and St Gregory the Great on January 30th 1976. There is also correspondence regarding the construction of a new parish hall in the 1970-1980s as well as annual accounts for expenditure and income during this period and discussion with the Fincnance Committee of the parish, headed by Tom Lloyd, on the Diocesan Levy. The file also includes a short summary report on the condition of the parish and its schools, thought to date from the 1940s.
