| Description | The file deals mainly with the repurposing of the former St Joseph's School, Lambs Passage, Bunhill Row. This included proposals to use it in the first instance as a language school; a summer hostel for Pax Christi students and, longer term, as a hostel for the homeless; a Centre for the Portuguese Fathers; a studio for an artists' collective; a Rudolf Steiner school; a day school for Seventh Day Adventists; housing for ex-offenders by St Martin of Tours House; long term accommodation for the Catholic Herald offices. Much of the correspondence deals with negotiations over the lease granted to the latter.
