Description	An illustrated history of the Sardinian Chapel, prior to its demolition as part of the redevelopment of Kingsway, London in 1906, with an introduction, and edited, by Rev John Dunford. It includes black and white photographs of the interior and exterior of the old Sardinian Chapel and Presbyetery, as well as images of Archbishop Bourne, Rev Charles D'Arcy, Bishop Richard Challoner, Bishop John Douglass, Rev Alexius Mills, Rev Faa di Bruno, Rev William O'Connor, Rev Patrick O'Callaghan, Rev Francis Richardson, Rev. David Dunford and Rev John Dunford. There is a complete list of chaplains who served the Sardinian Chapel from 1677-1904 at the end of the book.
