'Entering the Cathedral on Psalm Sunday 1951' by Paul Tobin. An article about the Psalm Sunday celebrations of 1951 during which the Celebrant was Auxiliary Bishop George Craven who stood in for Cardinal Bernard Griffin who was recovering from a heart attack.
'Two Plagues, Two Saints' by Christopher Howse. An article about how St John Henry Newman and St John Southworth supported their respective communities during epidemics, Newman during an outbreak of chloera in 1849 and Southworth during an outbreak of the bubonic plague in 1636.
