Description	The Cardinal has entrusted the Deans of the Diocese with the pastoral care of the priests in their deaneries. In discussion with the Deans, who meet together as a body three times each year and in smaller groups with the Archbishop’s Council, the Cardinal is aware of the concerns of the priests, pastoral initiatives and needs; while the Deans promote an understanding of diocesan policy in the parishes and assist in the implementation of the vision of the diocese for the future The records within this series reflect that work.
